• Mode B (Remote Service) & Mode C (Remote Repair): The core feature of the Cloud Smart is the ability to seamlessly switch between two modes:
  • Mode B (Service Provider): Used by large auto repair shops or expert technicians to offer remote diagnostics, programming, coding, and matching services to others.
  • Mode C (Client/Repair Need): Used by smaller shops or customers who need expert help. They connect the device to the vehicle, and a remote expert (using a Mode B device) can connect via the cloud to perform necessary work.
• Cloud Platform: Utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) and internet technologies to facilitate a smooth and efficient connection between service providers and clients.
• Local Mode/J2534 Protocol Support: The device can also be used locally for diagnostics, as it supports the J2534 Passthru standard, which allows it to work with various original manufacturer (OEM) software for vehicle programming.
• Compatibility: It can work with other Xhorse tools, such as the VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad, for enhanced functionality.
