This cable allows automotive technicians to safely power on, activate, and communicate with these high-voltage hybrid components outside the vehicle. 

Core Functions
Battery Activation: Sends the specific wake-up signal to engage the internal contactor of the 48V battery, allowing it to output voltage on a test bench.
Simultaneous Testing: Uniquely bridges both the battery and the corresponding DC-DC converter. To supply power and clear fault logic on a bench, both modules must be connected simultaneously.
Diagnostics & Flashing: Provides direct OBD communication to check for individual cell voltage differences, pull fault codes, or flash the module software without needing the rest of the car.

Primary Tools: Specifically engineered to plug directly into the OBDSTAR P004 Adapter.
Test Systems: Integrates seamlessly with advanced testing platforms like the G3.
Supported Modules: Optimized for the common Audi 48V platforms, specifically matching batteries with part numbers starting in 4N0 or 4M0 (e.g., 4N0915105x). 


Pro-Tip: To run a full closed-loop functional test, you will need the battery, the DC-DC module, and a standalone 48V external power supply pushing at least 25 Amps.
